Customizing the order sheet for your special event can be arranged.

Build your own beginning with regular six inch sandwich,
1 oz Classic Lays chips, and a cookie for $5.00.
Choosing 1.5 oz chips (choice from a variety of larger-size chips): $5.49.
Adding fruit and bottled water: $5.99/$6.49,
or bottled beverage: $6.99.
All lunches have a toothpick and mint.
Customized or general selection all labeled and with packets of
mayo, mustard, oil and vinegar, and hot an yellow peppers
neatly placed in the lunch box!

Party Platters

Each party platter is prepared neatly with your choice
of breads, cheeses, and meats. Four foot long breads, cut into
thirds or into fourths, the sandwiches placed on a platter with
a dome cover. Each platter can feed 6-9.

The most popular choice of meats are:
Classic Italian (pepperoni, salami & ham),
Club (turkey, roast beef, & ham),
Turkey,
Ham & Swiss,
Roast Beef,
and Cold Cut Trio.

Picture-Perfect Party Subs

We allow our bread to rise as big as possible to
make four large sections (19”x 7.5”)
to make what is our “six foot party sub.”

Each party sub can be precut either to 24 six-inch sandwiches,
or it can be precut into 48 half-size servings each neatly prepared,
they're easy to handle, and less food waste
(we can precut to 40 larger-size half portions too).
The bread can be all golden white or all wheat or marbled
(mixed white and wheat).
All three are delicious.

We place the cheese, meat, lettuce, fresh-sliced tomatoes,
cucumber, pickle, green pepper, as well as olives.
When prepared in that exact order,
it is very easy to pick out what you do not want
because nothing is hidden below the tomato.
The purple onions, jalapenos, and pepperchinis are on the side,
as well as mayo and mustard packets, and napkins.
